I am a new BA joining a technology space in which use cases and UC flows are heavily utilized. While I had a high-level knowledge already, the detailed explanations of why they are needed; the best times to utilize them; the correct ways to utilize them; and pitfalls to watch out for, greatly increased my knowledge and capabilities in my new space!

Short but concise and direct to the point. The only to notice and a wish (or must have in tech terminology), is that I would have loved to see a comparison in a real/example document between a Use Case as Primary Requirement vs Use Case as Supplementary Requirement. Second, downloadable resources (ie all the templates shown here) would had been a plus. I recommend this course.

The most practical and rich (but not longer than it needs to be) courses I've done on business analysis. I have learned a ton of real world knowledge that I will be able to take with me and apply in my job as a new BA. A pity that it seems like the company is not really in business anymore...?
