I would say add different camera angles and maybe some slow motion to make sure we get the techniques.

Am Ende zT schlechte Tonqualität (Neben-/Windgeräusche), einige Demonstrationsvideos sind quasi abgebrochen. Schade, dass nicht - neben der sinnvollen Zerlegung in Vorübungen und Bewegungsabläufe - tatsächliche slow und super slow motion filmtechnisch eingesetzt wird. Die schriftlichen Untertitel müssen komplett überarbeitet werden. Ansonsten aber gute Auswahl der Übungen, sehr gute Beherrschung seitens des Trainers.

La logica del corso c'è, però la qualità video è scarsa ed anche l'istruttore è appena sufficiente, i suoi movimenti sono grossolani, onestamente ho visto tutorial di muscle up migliori su youtube

This is one of the very rare times I am breaking my rule of not reviewing a course until I am all the way through it. And some courses I don't leave a review after finishing at all. However, after experiencing just the beginning of this course, I am blown away by the possibilities this course will advantage me to upgrade my fitness level in a tremendous manner. This course is not for the person who casually wants to increase their fitness level. It is hard work that may and very likely will take you out of your comfort zone. But hard work that will pay dividends far beyond your hard work. You'll be able to do things that no one around you can do, leaving you the physical "ALPHA" among your friends...and not so much friends. I doubt I want to achieve all this course promises the hard working student. This complete program is for younger men and women with perhaps less on their plates than me. Still I look forward to continuing and gaining a new physical level of fitness.
