Very good content and a nice introduction to critical thinking. Useful not only not only for communication, but for hard skills as well (such as data driven decision making). I would just recomend, as the author already recommended, complementary papers reading on the topic after or during the course.

I have realized that biased search of information is actually real, and it is true that we actually ask questions that confirm our expectations and ignore those that do not. 2. I used to think that critical thinking and intelligence is the same thing but critical thinking in a particular area can be learnt.

I have come across a lot of bias people but I have just discovered that bias doesn't mean prejudiced as I always thought . I am looking forward to learn more about this topic. I also would see faces or human forms out of somethings that were actually different.
