Dear, 1- I could not find any working regarding the creation of Excel sheets which in Practice-1 and Practice-2. Should it be created through Primavera or from scratch and which fields to be created. 2- In practice-1, you are updating the progress of resources and activities by manually copy the data from Excel Sheet to Primavera, which I believe that it should be updated directly to Primavera by importing the excel sheet. 3- The explanation of Float Path is very superficial, I want to learn that what are the purposes of the these Float Path based on Total Float and Free Float. Why and how we can we use it in practical project monitoring.
