I am glad that this course effectively describes the various types of anxiety. These definitions will help me going forward, because I will understand what HR professionals are talking about and how devastating these symptoms can be for the person who is experiencing them. The review questions helped me remember the symptoms of each different type of anxiety.

Yes it was a good match for me as I do suffer with some form of anxiety from time to time and I see now this is normal. I loved the resources that were made available and the way that anxiety was explained. I now feel that I can reduce the effects of it and that it now doesn't control my life. I also loved the quizzes and that they were not scored but I could just used them for my own learning. I'm going to apply some of the coping strategies, and because I now know the difference between when I'm nervous and when I'm having an anxiety attack, I feel as if I've got more control over my life! Loved this course and I'll be recommending it to others!
