Today's youths are under lot of pressure, the pressure from parents, neighbour, teachers, peers and friends of performing best every time. They are expected to excel in their studies, sports, career etc. However, every individual is different and so their learning ability. When we are not able to cope with our pressure, then we become anxious, that leads to anxiety. Anxiety is basically, a fear of not performing. If you are one of the persons who is suffering from stress, anxiety, overthinking and worried about the future event. then it is important to know why we become stressful or why anxiety takes us in its grip. Most of the time, we do not understand the root cause of stress and anxiety and suffer unnecessary.
In this course, main focus has been placed on the root cause of any event which triggers stress or anxiety and once we understand the event background, we will not get stress and even if that comes, we would be able to handle it smoothly.
