If you're looking for unique recipes and quite a few of them, this course is for you. However, in my opinion if you call a course a masterclass you need to be more informative about the spirits themselves. For example, I would have liked a better explanation on the differences between single-malt scotch versus the scotch demonstrated (something more than one is more expensive than the other).
It's more like a Recipe book than a tutorial, i expected more technical or more details on how, when and why use the liquors and alcoholic beverages.
Leave up the ingredients of the drinks for more than a second. Can I see those ingredients somewhere else? Are there names of the glasses? I wouldn't mind seing the list of ingredients and then also the bottles of those ingredients in a photo it will help me remember better.
Excelente te permite tomar nota y hacer unas investigaciones de licores similares disponibles en mi pais.
Superb. Archetypal US-style tutorial- very clear, concise, well explained, no chance of failure, no chance of confusion. Shaking and stirring explained, use of bitters very clear- excellent course for any aspiring barman. Superb COVID idea and social bubbles- but my barman cut me off!
I expected this course to explain more details about WHY certain glasses are used for certrain drinks, how the flavors and tastes of each component are working together and not just seeing some guy mixing up different ingredients and tell me this is cocktail bla bla and this is cocktail bla bla. I came here via a free voucher but if I would have spend money, I would like to have it back definitly....
Very nice explanation. Need some more information on usage of drinks and different kind of mixers used in the drink.
