It seems like basic workflow manual which you could easy identified as a normal windows user. Because Ubuntu latest version has got some updated UI and user interactives altogether.

A practical course that does what it says on the box. The accent was a bit heaving but with the closed captions on it made mostly sense. Thank you

It was very informative for an amateur Linux Ubuntu user. I recommend it if you haven't any experience. But the tone of the voice was making me unable to have my full attention. I would suggest trying speaking calmly.

It was a horrible course. The instructor was the worst that I've ever found. The accent was ridiculous. I only finished the course as it was free.
