I enjoyed several sections in this course. Mainly the server section and the command section. I also enjoyed quite a few of the other sections. It was quite a learning experience. I only wish that the instructor was more engaging and responded to comments.

very confusing for me. No overall information what this virtualbox is and why I need it or do I need it? What does this feature mean to choose the size of the virtual machine? Why to klick "install third party software" and what is the third party which is used? No explanations, just klick this and that.

The material is excellent, but there are problems with module 40 and 44 where it is too choppy to understand and the volume drops a lot. The voice recognition can not even spell Ubuntu for those that like to follow the transcript. I am going to request a refund.

Good beginner info to get started. The sound was terrible at the beginning, couldn't even understand what your saying. The sound did get better, although way after the info on setting up Ubuntu

The course content is good but 24 hours have gone and I'm still waiting for the instructor to answer a non technical question about where to find links and other info he has prepared for us to copy. If you don't know where to find something on Udemy, who's going to tell you where to find it?

I am a former teacher. I have served as an instructor for junior high students and also held a position in the training unit of a social service agency in my state. While there I trained staff members of all positions, from workers to managers. I have been looking for a good tutorial on Linux for the past two years. This is the first that has met my needs.
