This course covers the basics of being an Uber driver. Then, it goes into detail with tips and suggestions on how to be a great Uber driver and achieve top ratings, as well as how to maximize your earnings. These tips and tricks can be applied to any ride-share platform (Lyft/Sidecar).

Your driver rating matters. It's in your best interest to maintain as high a rating as possible. Some of the incentives with maintaining a strong rating is being able to be an Xpert trainer.

I have given literally thousands of rides while maintaining a 4.89 rating. I'm also a certified Uber Xpert Trainer, so know that you're getting these tips and suggestions from an experienced, accomplished driver.

This course should be updated, there are many points in this course that have changed or are not accurate. Uber drivers are NOT allowed to pick up kids, instructor mentions several ways to make more money, he mentions parents ordering uber to take their kids to school, uber drivers are not allowed to pick up anyone under 18 unless accompanied by a parent. I would have liked to hear about the insurance and companies that offer rideshare insurance to cover the gap times uber and personal insurance don't cover. Uber does have tipping in the app now. There have been considerable changes that should be addressed and revised on this course.

It cleared a lot of questions I was asking myself. Very helpful. You should also have it in Spanish, since I know hispanics that will appreciate it. Its a great way to understand better the platform.
