Heading in to this course, I knew nothing about Tumblr. All I knew was that Grumo had recommended using it in his ‘How to Make an Awesome Demo Video’ course. I was so excited to find this course to help me become efficient in using the blogging platform. I dedicated a whole day to this course and had a blast as I followed along with Ricardo, setting up my Tumblr page as he covered each section. A fun part of taking this course was that during the lectures, I would start to take notes on questions I wanted to ask and either in the same lecture or in the next, Ricardo would answer my questions completely. I feel that the marketing strategies he taught within the course are well thought out and in-depth. I can see using the logic in my ad marketing on other platforms as well. The bonus written material was of good quality - definitely not an ‘after-thought.’ Take this course if you want to quickly get up and running with Tumblr while having fun in the process.

I found the traffic generation section to be very helpful as I've several tumblr blogs but not as many followers as I'd like. The only thing missing were ways to monetize blogs or suggestions on what to do with the traffic.
