This course has helped me a lot to feel better. I used to have chest pain but when I started taking omega-3 pills and garlic extract I didn't feel the pain again. Thank you so much Dr. Umer Khan for making this course!

Umer Khan provided a 1 hour lecture and discussed what is high blood pressures, signs and symptoms of high blood pressure, natural treatments for high blood pressure and the common prescriptions and what the side effects are. His course was very well done and exactly what I was looking for. Suggestions: Slow down your speech a little to allow the viewer a little time to absorb what you're saying. Also, expand a little on some of your topics. Some sections are less than 10 minutes with several "lectures". Some are about 20 seconds long. Example, Section: 10 most common symptoms. This has 10 lectures and the total view time is about 4 minutes. While the information is good, it really doesn't load in Udemy well or flow well for the view. Breaking up this section in to 10 videos takes longer to load. I would recommend one video and piece it together with a sign in between for "Headache" and then Discuss headaches. While these separately don't need a lot of time, I think you could expand on this some.
