Haven't heard of Integral Theory or Spiral Dynamics? Don't worry. Peter Merry introduces them in a very comprehensive way and helps you use them as tools for understanding and transformation. There are many ways to deepen the well structured and easy to follow lectures by cross references such as talks, videos and papers. Dive into them and have fun! There is also plenty of opportunity to integrate and test what you have learned so far. But be aware that you won't get an easy to apply solution you can take home with. Be rather prepared to be inspired to see what works and how and see many good examples for making a difference. Have fun, stay open, be playful, make mistakes, learn and readjust. I really enjoyed Section 7, where I had a feeling how actually can everything be done, but overall course gives an impression of interconnectedness between things what were just touching each others field in my mind, but not actually overlaping.

This course delivers professional and inspiring presentation of leadership topcs we urgently need to understand for tomoorrow's world. As a leader helping leaders, I'm excited by the possibilities this course makes available for myself and others.

It is a bit early for me to really give a substantial review...that said there certainly is a good amount of detail and the presenter is very passionate about the subject. It seems he has put much thought, energy and time into creating the course. I am hoping there will be ample space given for solution. I have been having difficulty finding the resource material to print, as that is very necessary for thorough study. Thank you

A really great course providing an in-depth integral overview of tranformational change and leadership that is at once both accessible, actionable, and very much needed in our world today.

The overview left me very excited about the possibilities in applying these tools to engage with several organizations I am a part of. I love that there is a component that asks me to make a personal commitment toward greater effectiveness. The story of the school in Ghana touched me deeply as I have been committed to education my whole life and detest many of the things I have heard about the workings of organizations such as the World Bank. The power of large organizations to affect many people without caring about human life has really taken over the world and the promise of tools to challenge that is exciting.

This is a fine course both as an introduction to thought on the subject of leadership, but also appropriate to those who have had both experience in leadership roles and are familiar with modern thought. I find it thought provoking at every level.

So far there's great, well explained content with an invitation to reflect wholistically upon self & culture, free of historic condemnation & use all that is to traverse/implement a new/different way forward.

This Course on "Transformational Leadership" by Peter Merry is the most advanced of its kind that I recommend, as it touches on all the topics that are relevant for the huge changes that operate in these hyper-complex times while dealing with Leadership from an Integral Transformational Perspective.

this course provides an amazing stream of very valuable content, absolutely useful for dealing with the challenges of our time. the teacher is a star in making complexity simple: brilliant! I personally learned more about growth and change on an organizational level, and also the bringing together and connecting all these valuable theories and practices (most of I was already familiar with) in an integral approach, was very helpful for me.

Thank you Peter - and Jim - from creating Ubiquity and the Transformational Leadership course. This was my first on-line course with this much detail so I was interested to see how I'd fair. I LOVED it!!! Why? I loved all the resources - Peter's instruction, articles, Youtube videos, TedTalks, etc. It made the course 'real' seeing others in the world engaging new concepts and listening to corporate leaders as they explained how creating sustainability within their cultures was creating real benefit to staff, the bottom line and the world. Some of this material was new to me, some not. But it didn't matter because, put into this context, I feel I can really use it now and integrate it with my current work to form the framework I need to engage my work of the world. I'm excited about my 'new' work and the future. I am recommending this course to anyone and everyone who is open and ready to explore themselves with the knowledge that the changes and evolution they experience are then passed into everything they do and everyone they meet. Then we all evolve. We are one.
