I love these online tutorials. Kath just presents everything in such a calming way and that is really relatable. Everything that she talks about makes so much sense, and I have been able to start to use her suggestions. And it really is baby steps, and one thing at a time. Im so glad I signed up for this, I can just listen to her in my own time, and when I need to. She is encouraging and answers any questions I have an helps me through things I am unsure of - so reassuring. Thanks to Kath, I have started to treat myself like I would treat my best friend. I absolutely recommend this to anyone who is struggling with stress or negativity on any level, or just needs a reboot ! Cheers to self care and less stress. :)

I really enjoyed this course. I was able to watch it start to finish and go back over sections that were relevant to me. It had many great topics and made me revise the way I approach certain situations

This course is a MUST have course for your well-being tool-box. I loved the different processes and techniques that the teacher Kathleen took you on regarding how to deal with stress. She helped me find new techniques on how to look at my thoughts and take control over them. Rather that they control me. I love that she teaches you with a holistic outlook. I have done several of her courses now and have benefited so much. She truly is an inspiriting teacher and I feel more empowered and knowledgeable with regard to how to manage my emotions etc because of her. Another amazing course. Keep them coming!
