Nice and concise, good examples for setting up and addressing groups. I generally get to do 1 on 1 with new hires so some of this doesn't apply, but still intriguing. The barking dog was a little distracting and the video quality was as good as I've come to expect on Udemy, but the course is spot on.

More support material would be appreciated. Small quick test or quiz after each section would help. Include video explanation of: What a lecture is and isn´t with examples

This seemed like teacher training or low level class training. I would like to see something more high level for technical training, especially with new hires and how to train people to be effective at their job. Also, the volume for the transition music is WAY TOO LOUD! The instructor has a soft voice so my sound was turned up and when the course transitions to the next section the volume of the music hurt my ears.

Planning to use as a kick start for a set of Train the Trainer Modules. This is a traditional foundation for new or inexperienced trainers. Would benefit from an update to encompass other delivery mediums other than 'class' adult learners may have a different perspective. All in all a positive experience. Can not fault the trainers exuberance for her job.
