Course started out too open ended. I already journal so working with specifics from the get go is important. This is the right path to take in journaling.

Nothing groundbreaking, if you’ve studied habits before, but good solid content. Enjoyable to listen to and easy to implement. The printable habit journal is worth the price of the course. I print up one month at a time and stick it in my traveller’s notebook type bullet journal. It fit perfectly (A5) and was easy to work into my bullet journal routine without having to make my own habit trackers. It also gave me some focus, so I didn’t try to track too many habits at once.

I do productivity and motivation coaching as part of my job and have worked with some globally top coaches myself. I've spent hundreds on different planners. But I really like Chris's down-to-earth and highly pragmatic approach that includes actual coaching through the practical steps. Even more than the actual habit journal (which is very exciting to implement), I appreciated the author's discussion about goal setting and prioritizing steps to becoming the best version of me. The lectures were bite size, and easy to listen to. I thought the class was well done, and I feel that it was an excellent place to start my Udemy study.

This course contains some interesting gemstones of immense value. Starting from the diary structure, great for those who think more about substance rather than form. It's a way to write a journal looking to the future, a process diary, more than a diary of memories and thoughts. I loved it! Good job.
