This course is broken into three main categories:


  1. Bike body skills - Building a strong foundation for your biking skills starts with understanding how your body interacts and moves with your bike. Our detailed step-by-step courses will help you develop this critical connection, building upon the skills learned in each section.


  2. Terrain - Biking is a great way to get around, but it can be tough to navigate everything that mother nature can throw at you. However, with a little understanding of the mechanics behind what your bike is doing on the trail, you can start to overcome any obstacles that have been holding you back. So buckle up and let's explore some basic bike handling tips to help you take on anything the trail throws your way.


  3. Bike skills - Mountain biking is all about confidence. How your bike moves and interacts with you is the key to success. Excellent course. The instructor dissects each movement and technique and illustrates it with his riding. I've seen many videos, but it is difficult to pick up the good practices just by seeing. On the other hand, Kevin points out exactly the steps to follow.

These videos are incredibly descriptive and helped me improve my mountain biking techniques. The in-person coaching also helped me to find the correct and most comfortable bike set-up and this helped me feel more confident in my riding on the trails!

The best MTB course I have found to date! He covers the basics of riding all the way to technical setup which I found super useful. There is a lot of info in a short amount of time, which I liked, but be ready to take notes!

This course was so helpful and informative to improve my mountain biking. I love how It covers from the basics to the more advanced skills (plus a whole lot of extras - different how to on different terrains, riding with different people etc etc.). Can definitely recommend this course whether you’re just starting out on your mountain biking adventure or already comfortable on the trails - there’s something for everyone to learn here!
