This is basic knowledge but effective to revise all the terms that I had learned so long before.... PowerPoint were good.. Excellent taught..

What I really like about this course was that it is based on fact - scientific and has its roots in psychology, and more than that it doesn't promote or support diets which don't work in the long term or at all, so overall an excellent resource which is very helpful to those of us who need a fitness component to losing weight which gives real results, suitable for any age or fitness level, so you don't have to be ultra fit or fit a particular demographic age wise.

This was a very interesting and enlightening course! I consider it a complete course for understanding how you can be healthier. It helped me to understand habits I need to change and explained important concepts related to health and weight loss. Different aspects to rest, stress management, nutrition and fitness are presented. Thanks a lot for the effort you put in this course, Jeremy!!!

I have been looking for this information for a very long time. I was put on a diet pill and was given no direction on how to control my weight loss or how to maintain it once I started losing. Once I stopped the diet pills my doctor prescribed me I started to slowly put the weight back on.
