The course is good and well organized but it lacks the practical implementation and writing of a simple compiler.

I'm a beginner and this course was extremely good for me to learn a compiler design. This is best resource for learning compiler. Concepts discussed from very basics and taken into very deep. Whether you are beginner or not, no matter. You will understand everything clearly.
