Change Management has been a buzzword for decades. And rightly so.
Change is everywhere, whether we like it or not. We need to adapt to it, welcome it, and often even initiate it !

But it is hard to accept and embrace change easily, it makes us uncomfortable, and anxious. This is true for Leadership, as well as for everyone else.

But, when you think about it, pretty much all change boils down to a change in behaviour, whether that be your own behaviour, or the behaviour of others.

And when you talk of changing human behaviour, you cannot do it without understanding how human behaviour works ! Without knowing about how people think, judge, decide, and act, how can you orchestrate or manage any change ? Without that, it’s pretty much a trial and error, and its unlikely that you will produce any sustainable or effective change !

And thats where the unique contributions of this Course come in !

I will first go through the Psychological Building Blocks associated with change. Then I will present an effective and sustainable Change Model, that is based on our understanding of Human Psychology and Behaviour.

Thanks for the thorough over view on the Change Management domain. I agree the psychological and human aspects are critical to successful change and it is not often addressed by practitioners. Your course is a great reminder to keep these human aspects in mind as we develop and build out change management programs to deliver business objectives. Great course!

Good and comprised course. Gives a good understanding of change management and provides helpful examples. Slides could contain less text and more bullet point. Section 4, Video 36: I think it's really inappropriate to use a picture of a family seeming to live in poor/less developed parts of sub-sahara Africa when talking about humankind thousand of years back.

the material itself was pretty good but the accent was sometimes hard to follow. in addition, the punctuation on the slides was really distracting, would be so much better if it's fixed

Change Management Mastery by Sivakami S is highly insightful and practical. The instructor's clear and easy-to-understand communication style makes the content engaging. Real-world examples from companies add depth to the concepts, and I learned to consider the emotional aspect of change for better team engagement. The course could benefit from more content on smaller, daily changes, and clearer distinction between certain concepts. Including exercises would enhance the learning experience. Overall, a valuable course for anyone interested in effective change management.

I appreciate the insight regarding implementing major changes! That being said, I don't feel like the course material applies to the smaller, more frequent changes that most people deal with on a daily basis. All examples were very high-impact changes and the axioms also seem to apply more centrally at that scope as well. I also think that the axioms may not be really clearly isolated from one another. #3 seems to be the method for #4, which isn't clearly distinct from #2. I would have liked to see the distinction between building a guiding coalition and establishing a volunteer army addressed more robustly (#4 and #2).

This is an exceptionally well designed course. Sivakami has a lovely easy to understand Indian accent. She is undoubtedly a gifted instructor. The contents of the course is highly relevant to those who are planning to be involved in promoting and managing change. Having said all of that, I would like to add that the introduction of some exercises along the lectures would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Sivakami for taking the time to prepare this course.

I am loving the content. It's interesting material, and the way it's being presented is digestible. I wish it was more interactive and I would love to get some video of the teacher. The clip show is good but a little monotonous.
