It is a Vegan diet.It is interestng.He does not say where we get iron from or most of the essential vitamins.Thank you Sir for making ths course.

Mostly general information and not going into the details. Basically , he was describing a vegan diet . He was saying that all the oils are bad ( olive, avocado and etc) but he dint give any examples of substitute or what can you use instead( no facts just his opinion).

It's a really nice course to start off for people who really don't want to leave behind completely their routine but want to make some significant change in their health. Once this, they can implement this, very practical, and once understanding through their own experience, they can take further actions to completely eliminate stuffs and be just pure vegan. Very happy with the course.

This course basically tells you to replace meat and dairy by industrial substitution products. First of all, I don't think that eating industrial stuff you don't even know what it's made of, is a good health recommendation. The next problem is that if you don't live in the US, chances are high, you won't even find those substitutes (it's the case where I live). So, for me, this course was useless.

This was very informative and generally enjoyable! I do recommend a revisit to your CC/Subtitles. I take courses in a low volume and read along to cement in my learnings and found some statements that can be confusing or misleading because an incorrect term or word was used.

This was information and he was very genuine. I liked some of his tips as I have tried plant-based before and have been vegan as well in the past but it's nice to find what someone else found to be more effective ways to transition and why they chose to go this route!

I love that you gave this course free. And, I can see the wonderful motivation and heart for doing this. The photography and the lecture thus far, is very well done. I can hear the tremendous planning that went into the lectures because it's very smooth and very organized. The background (bookcases) and the suit suggests your former background and experiences you came from; it's quite formal. Experiment with your external appearance so that physically, you are a good example of health to the viewers---hmmmm also maybe, trying growing a trimmed, short beard and mustache, experiment with hair (just a teensy-weensy, tiny bit longer??---what you have on now is quite business-y, corporate. Your physical appearance helps to testify to the worth of a healing diet.

This course was very inspiring to eat healthy and still enjoy it without having meat, dairy, and sugar involved in my daily diet. I am looking forward to changing my eating habits and feeling better and looking better. Great instructor that has enthusiasm, useful and realistic goals to be able to achieve a plant-based diet. I look forward to seeing what else this instructor has courses in.

At first I was sceptical but as the course progressed I got more and more interested and now feel like i can do this as there was no hard sell like all other commercial diets. well put together presentation
