I enjoyed listening to your experiences. Your video would benefit from some explanation as to how you became an expert in Block Chain. Why ? Because your video starts from the assumption of domain knowledge. Many of your readers/listeners may not have "expertise" or may not believe they have it . Many people work hard but truthfully are not experts. Is your target audience experts, academics, entrepreneurs? Please consider how your content relates to non-experts. I have no evidence base to support my suggestion, but most people do not work as experts even if "deep down we all have something great to share with the world" . With a full and good heart I must share my views. I hope they will be accepted constructively. Step 1 : Making a decision. This is very difficult for many people. Complex and polarized aspects of one's personality as well as external experiences make this a major hurdle to moving forward. One cannot merely "make a decision", no matter how much drive they have. It is so complex and individual, particularly when family, children, mortgages or historical events are considered. I would appreciate more time dedicated to the practicalities of decision making versus risk for regular people. Otherwise TED talks etc only have relevance to the primed . I am not against TED talks per se. Many are interesting. However, I have found that the "formula" for TED TALKING makes some speakers (not you) , seem "staged" and disingenuous. My own view is that when you over-formularize the presentation of your special and personal experiences and skills and gifts and insights then your individuality, creativity and wonderfulness is lost on that TED stage. "Grab the TED accolade and lose your "self". Again, I am not speaking about you but about the system to create influencers . I was taught to think for myself and to think critically, to do my own research and find out things and discover for myself. "Being influenced by others" was admonished. You ignore your power within to be and think and learn for yourself. Self enslavement of the masses is encouraged by the power hungry through the perverse concept of "influencers". This is not to do with you but my thoughts went in this this direction. Not drafted, not planned , just being my myself without structure !

Concise and insightful course into becoming a speaker and establishing your thought leadership presence. There are many ways of becoming a thought leader but this course only focuses on one way - public speaking. The course title could be tweaked or else more content could be added to address other ways to thought leadership.
