Handlebars and Mongo DB sections are outdated; they doesn't work with current version of those packages. Some "Mac is better" attitude. Besides, the Heroku mongoDB add-on is discontinued The teacher explains ok, it's easy to follow.

Okey , I am in the middle of the course . . I like short and neat points which instructor give in lectures. If you want to grab the basic foundation of node , i would recommend this course . i am a bit familiar with node before and i learn new concepts from this course. the projects seem not very complex and simple but that give me the solid "how is it going" view . the other thing i like is Handlebars.js usage. Now i learnt new skill for view engine. i plan to use handlebars later in my projects. thanks

Theory is explained very clearly. Everything is in a good order, mixed with practical examples and small projects. The course is very usefull, especially for those who know a little (but not necesserily too much) about node.js and express, and have some experience in web developement in general. A small remark: an author says quite often " you know" and "of course". At the beginning it was a little annoying, but after some time it doesn't disturb me at all. This is just a small price for such a vivid and interesting delivery. Summing up, the overall quality of the course is really great.

An easy to fallow course, The instructor is knowledgeable despite the random mistakes that occure in between the lectures and it fun to watch him correct it while taping, giving the course a live-no script learning experience. Great work nonetheless.

He goes a little fast and explains things at a high level. The content is useful and applicable. I wish he added more refinements around refactoring code or making code more DRY. So far the course is still good. I would recommend it

It's too basic. Even though the course is for beginners, I believe that the people taking this course would have some programming experience and wouldn't need to learn how command-line arguments work and how to require modules. The course could be more challenging and faster paced.

The course is enjoyable and the concepts are very well simplified. It is obvious the teacher likes to teach and does it as a mission rather than just doing a course for the sake of it. it is a win-win situation :)
