So Far-So Good...Jawwad covers a lit of information in a very condensed form. I go back and re-listen, and find the available resources he made available... For me, this might be a slow go...But, that's A-OK

Not overwhelming, just the right amount of content to engage with the concept of journaling and the benefits. It is very realistic and addresses resistance and how to create good habit by accepting that will power is a finite resource. Refreshing as it is grounded in evidence, common sense and immediately useful practical tools

I had no idea how to write a journal. Thought it would be like writing my life of the day. This course is teaching me that journaling is more of getting to know you. The instructor is knowledgeable, making the course very easy to understand. I am really enjoying this course.

I'm a beginner in journaling field but, Jawwad gives me general view what a daily journal would look like and the breakdown on your daily journal template really helps me a lot(get me better understanding of the advantages and benefits that I can get from doing this habit). It gives me direction what I should do with my journal on daily basis, especially your 5 minute journal entries that's the part where most of us forget to do as a human. Anyway I feel helped a lot after gone through this course. Thank you for the guidance Jawwad!
