The Course: Part 1: Mental/Emotional and Spiritual Mastery

Part II takes you deeper, and you will experience directly who you really are--so vastly expanded, and yet recognizable to you, because that you has always been around you: the wave recognizes it is part of the Ocean, not separate. "Problems" look a lot different to the Ocean than to the wave. It only requires a shift of perspective once you have the experience of your own vastness.
