Interesting and well-explained. The course covered all the main areas of corporate finance with a commendable level of detail. One aspect I particularly appreciated was the inclusion of numerous exercises, which are helpful in practicing and reinforcing the concepts taught in the lessons. However, the course has one minor drawback. There is a section dedicated to using a financial calculator, which I personally found somewhat obsolete and unnecessary. In today's digital age, I believe utilizing tools like Excel for calculations and simulations would have been a more practical approach, offering real-world relevance and aligning with Companies standards. Despite this minor concern, I am overall extremely satisfied with the course and the knowledge I have gained. The quality of instruction, coupled with the comprehensive coverage of corporate finance topics, has enhanced my understanding in this field. I highly recommend this course to anyone seeking to broaden their knowledge of corporate finance.

365 careers is by far best teacher with best slides and most comprehensive english. But how on earth do you use financial calculator in 2023? also the explanation of cost of capital is too theoric, not practical. For corporate finance there are better courses than this unfortunately. The assignments are also too simple.

I am rating this at the first prompted from Udemy... Which says a lot coming from me. I usually don't rate something this quickly. However, I love how professional the visuals are and how quickly I have gained valuable information.

More examples and interactive presentation would be really helpful. For someone who does not have financial background a lot of those terms and concepts are completely new, and unfamiliar and some how strange. So it needs to be simplified a bit more.

Too fast and calculator has been used. No one uses calculator for financial analysis today. Excel should have been used to be more practical.

This Corporate Finance course ran through a solid curriculum with frequent opportunities to apply learned concepts. Some explanations were lacking, causing confusion and requiring reference of outside materials, but the overall experience was positive.
