I have only just considered that my resilience is maybe the key to holding me back and sabotaging myself- I thought it was lack of confidence, anxiety, fear weakness but I’m really interested to see if I can have a more fulfilling life if I can build my resilience.

It started off really about emotional resilience, but quickly turned to habit building especially for losing weight. I did not pick a class to learn about habit building, and I do not need to lose weight.

Here is my positive and constructive feedback. I love how each lecture is short. Great for bz individual trying to squeeze time for some PDP. Room to improve in the area of communication and presentation by being more straight to the point the course could be completed in lesser time. However, I am very grateful for creating this course, it has great tips and knowledge to know and use to improve life’s.

Unique course and delivery. From pushing the Selfie Speak Audio program to the realization that this method of discipline may really work! The program starts to make sense as the presenter doubles down on the importance of protecting your use and overuse of the smart phone. Now we are dealing with gluttony - my favorite past time! It is all sinking in so great course! Thank you.

I decided to buy this course because I already applied the SelfieSpeak Method and therefore had a feeling that TJ Walker is talking out of his experience and teaching a proven method. I can say the SelfieSpeak Method really works. I would add - if I am allowed - that it works best by combining the selfiespeak method with journaling (reflecting on your goals, your values, your state of mind) and using some kind of organisation principle to be effective in every sphere of your life. Regarding Resilience I would add that you can change your way of thinking (and use the selfie speak method for that) by reflecting your beliefs and turn them from unresilient thinking (catastrophizing, blaming yourself, blaming others, etc) and turn it into a more healthy and effective way of thinking. There are some interesting books about Cognitive behavioural therapy and Resilience Skills that go deep into identifying and changing thought patterns. But besides that, I really enjoyed the course and found a mentor. I already bought two other courses. Mr Walker is really talking out of experience and does not just copycat known motivational methods and phrases. The course does not involve turning thought patterns into resilient beliefs, but installing and resilient habits. If you are sick of your bad habits, your bad health, your chaotic lifestyle and you are constantly browsing through the internet and it all leads you to nowhere - then this course is for you.
