What students are saying about the course:

★★★★★  "Thank you for the great opportunity to follow your course. For the past years I have followed a number of courses on public speaking worldwide in order to update myself on skills in public speaking. As a speech language pathologist and fluency specialist I train people who stutter become 'wow' speakers. I must say I am very successful and that is why I always want to keep updated on public speaking skills. I must say that your course is the most comprehensive and straight to the point course. The content is very much similar to the courses I deliver but I enjoyed your passion, enthusiasm and also expertise. As you know lol, those are the secrets of public speaking. During our courses both of manage to change the fear into fun for public speaking. Once again, well done for the extremely well organized course. It could not have been better :) keep up the good work." -Dr Joseph Agius, Speech Language Pathologist

Why I think this is one of the best courses, if not the best ever designed in UDEMY. Having recently embarked on this educational journey, I sought to identify any potential gaps in my understanding through this course. One salient observation is the superior structuring of this course compared to others I've encountered on Udemy. Here's a breakdown of the merits: 1. The course content is organized into digestible segments, facilitating a smooth learning curve. 2. The instructor exudes clarity and enthusiasm in his teaching methodology. His genuine concern for student comprehension is manifested through meticulously arranged materials and well-curated references—hallmarks of exceptional instructional design. While his expertise is noteworthy, what truly sets him apart is his pedagogical prowess. Among the myriad instructors I've had the privilege of learning from, he is the most passionate and effective educator on this subject matter I have seen on this platform.

Overall it was pretty good but there are some aspects that could be improved. For example, a lot of the slides/tech content felt outdated (does MS Paint even exist anymore?). It was also a bit annoying to have to spend time on each presentation guide page and click through in order to complete the course.

Chris's voice is monotonous and he gets stuck in the same rhythms and cadences. He does not demonstrate excitement or enthusiasm for the material.

I am a person who is afraid to speak to people I don't know. I am afraid to have people's attention on me. What I might have been afraid of was trying to be someone I am not, and I appreciate so much the way this course explains how it's okay to be yourself while using other techniques to engage with the people you are speaking to. Sounds obvious in retrospect, but it was not obvious to me.
