I am finding it hard to engage and make any real progress with my journaling because, so far, the course is not at all practical and does not show any real journals or writing styles. It is just advising on how to set up the journaling habit.

I've found this course very useful. I did find that one or two of the ideas were not appropriate to me, however, the whole course has been useful in shed light on areas that I should take more time to consider to improve myself, and affirm the best version of myself.

I feel like the description of the course was misleading. It was a litany of the instructors daily habits that he tracks versus an actual discussion about journaling. I thought there would be a discussion of different styles of journaling.

I think the course was really nice, filled with useful tips and positive energy. The only thing that I would miss would be some more advices how to add all of this to the fast daily live and maybe some practical exercises, in order to ask how people feel about it once they try different techniques. But this may make the course too long and now I believe it is the right size. Overall I think the course was really positive and it gave me a lot of ideas how to organise my journaling better, so I really loved it. Best wishes for the future!
