Bottom line is that I tried to make this course a comprehensive guide to Jira that anyone would need to either get introduced to JIRA or get fully up to speed with the basic concepts and features. I feel the best way of learning something is by example. And so I put in a lot of content explaining the features and concepts with examples and am continuously working on adding more examples and scenarios to share my experience and knowledge in using JIRA within the real world.
I'll be here to help answer any questions you might have along the way.

I wanted to see what could be done with JIRA and Confluence to present the possibilities to my manager. We are looking to move from Redmine and I think this course pretty much covered everything I wanted to know about. Though a bit on issue handling and linking to your repo would have been neat.
Kosh did an excellent job covering the major aspects of both Jira and Confluence, diving deep where necessary. He did move quickly, but with the amount of material covered, I'm glad he did. Rewind is our friend! I needed to familiarize myself with these applications for a job search, and I'm glad I chose Kosh's course. Thank you, Kosh, for the effort that went into making this such a valuable learning experience!
The material is good, but the instructor is going too fast moving around the desktop. It was difficult keeping up with the mouse movements and the functions he was performing.
I'm a new user, I will start using Jira next week in new role. I haven't learnt to use any new IT systems in a while so I'm rusty. This feels like a solid and comprehensive introduction and my confidence is increasing. Good so far.
Just what I wanted and what I don’t know I spite of working with JIRA for more than a year. Great content !
Thus far yes ... applying for BA positions with new employers who use JIRA whereas my current company does not.
I find the instructor easy to listen too. He seems to know the subject quite well and speaks clearly.
Very interesting, the only minus is that Jira was updated and the interface is a little different from the video.
This course is very difficult to digest. The content is so vast that it becomes very difficult to follow. Would it not be better to split this course into several smaller ones?
It was great informative session. Nicely explained and easy to understand. Feeling really confident about these topics now.
I think the videos were carefully designed to provide enough and valuable information, and we can progressively increase our knowledge about JIRA. I´m excited to move forward and complete the course!
Excellent training. I have used JIRA before but this training has been great and I have managed to get moire details.
Till now the pace of the course is good and concepts are well explained- waiting to see how the rest of the course rolls out
Been using JIRA for years. Trying to set it up for a new job new and the Admin role is perplexing. This course has helped a lot
this course is a great opportunity to get lots of details on how jira works. I used my own projects while taking the course, which was super helpful. I was able to significantly customize my own projects and filters, etc as a result of taking this course. thanks!
