So far it is a very basic intro which is important for people not familiar with companies. However, I'd expect that most people who look for this course will have studied business administration in some way; hence, the intro could be shorter and it could be more in-depth right from the start as this will give more time to focus on real-life examples and learn from it.

It's a very informative course. The drawing hand needs to chill out though. It was beyond distracting and felt like trying to listen to a lecture while chaos is happening in the classroom. Outside of the sections with that frantic, fast drawing... it's a solid course.

No music over talking as it makes it very difficult to understand. Also, the volume difference between the animated presenter and Mr Foster made it that I had to continuously adjust my volume. Otherwise, great content, thank you!

I liked the examples and felt most engaged by that component of the teaching. If anything, I would love the solutions to historical disasters to have been explored more deeply. If he interviewed the people who fixed those problems, he would have the material for a very engaging and culture-changing book. In the future cyber will be more and more important. A deep interview with an expert in that field could provide a separate section, to enhance the value of this course. I loved the animated sections; it is important not to have a talking head all the time in such courses; so the teaching approach was quite balanced. Quick summary - the problems brought it all to life. More problems would improve my scoring. I appreciate the life experience that has gone into this. The presenter is certainly an authoritative voice and as I say this could lead to a book length treatment.
