I have taken a dozen excellent Udemy courses; comparatively speaking, this is the worst course I have had on this site so far. The instructors might be knowledgeable or they might just be reading the handouts (with some mis-pronounciations), and the overall presentation is nothing but laziness. There is not sufficent video or even still picture demonstration. This is more of an audio lecture than anything else. I would not recommended to any of my friends.

The courses were all excellent; so much relevant and interesting information in so many areas of health, fitness and well being. The presentation of each course was superb. Being a visual learner, I'd like to have seen more pictures of certain exercises rather than written descriptions.
