when I first started this course I had a lot of limiting beliefs about creativity for example about creating art and writing cause often it would be this whole process where I had to just surrender and allow myself to create cause of perfectionist tendencies and an inability to focus due to distracting thoughts and self-criticism. This course just helped me put things into perspective and try and cut back on garbage input to allow myself to focus more on the creative moment. If there was one thing I would improve it would be explaining/showing how TJ put all of the SSP audios into one rather than multiple selfie-speak audios as he said he did earlier in the course (but still I loved the idea of audio programming). Also, it would be good if TJ included some content on careers and income so that creativity can be utilised with purpose to launch a fulfilling career so for ex: you start making art and posting videos and you launch a little online business. well often it starts with interest and discipline but how can you get to a place where you aren't having to work all day perhaps in a day job that doesn't bring you joy/ drains your creative energy to make enough income to gradually improve the quality of let's say the videos you produce and the supplies you use to make the art in your store. Of course, what we produce should never be oriented around income so that will never be an excuse to start but how do we find the balance between freely creating and having the resources to fully capture our creative vision (ex. making videos: good editing software / good music / depending on the video type - stock footage/camera equipment)

I didn't know what to expect from this course, but in addition to getting great tips and encouragement to spark creativity, I found new habits and life lessons. It's amazing how many daily distractions take us away from focused work. I will recommend it to all my colleagues, and without a doubt I will take other TJ courses.
