What you will learn

This is a complete & comprehensive CCNA R/S, the CCENT & ICND2. It is designed to prepare the student to be able take any of these certification exam.

The student will not only have the confidence to take and be able to pass the test, but they should be able to transfer the knowledge acquired to a network

This course is an essential part of any network in order to communicate transmit information.

This course will change over to the new CCNA 200-125.

The student will have both the lectures from the old CCNA 200-120 (which covers about 70% of the new test)

Mastering this knowledge will make the IT Professional more valuable.

The course also covers all the new topics and lectures for Cisco's new exam, the CNA 200-125

Why take this course?

This course is over 45+ hours long and will cover all the needed subjects to be successful in passing the CCNA 200-120 exam and the new CCNA 200-125.

Students will acquire the knowledge and practice labs in this course to make it transferable to real world use, as a Cisco and/or IT Professional.

DISCLAIMER:   Please note that the simulators/emulators used in this course are NOT part of the course. It is the students responsibility to have these to practice with.
The Cisco Packet Tracer & VIRAL (Virtual Internet Routing Lab) are Cisco proprietary software and can only be obtained through Cisco.
However, students have more options that those. They can create their own lab with real equipment, get BOSON or GNS3.
It is up to each student to obtain the simulator/emulator of their choice to study along with this course.
Please also NOTE:  .pkt files are not up-loadable to UDEMY's site.
This means you would have to replicate my labs here in order to practice and follow along.

This course will give students an in-depth understanding of networking, using routers and switches and their various configurations and connections. Students will learn how to configure; default, static and dynamic routing. Students will comprehend how to manipulate each of the routing protocols attributes to meet the requirements of the network.

This course will also prepare the student in Layer 2 technology and its various configurations, such as; VLAN’s, VTP, STP, PortFast, EtherChannel, Port-Security, Inter-VLAN communication & Trunking; plus the newest requirements for the CCNA (200-125) certification exam as well.

Students will also acquire the knowledge needed to secure their routers through the use of Access-list, configuring the different types of NAT & will be able to manage the router’s components.

Students will also be able to thoroughly grasp the concepts of both Internet Protocols; IPv4 & IPv6.

Wide Area Network Protocols will also be covered; HDLC, PPP & Frame Relay. The student will also learn how to create redundancy in their networks through the use of Redundancy Protocols such as HSRP which is just as important. Also, within the WAN, the student will also learn how to create VPN’s and GRE Tunnels.

This is a full comprehensive course that will take you from A-Z in your quest for the CCNA (200-120) & now includes Cisco's NEW CCNA (200-125).

About "the book":

Throughout the course, you will hear me mention "your book", "a book" or "the book"...and if you're wondering why I don't mention a name...it's because this was done on purpose.

I don't want anyone to purchase a book if you already have one...all CCNA study guides cover the same thing in different manners. So if you already have a CCNA book, you can use it with this course.

However, for those that wonder which book I use in this course...here they are:

  1. Sybex book by Todd Lammle  - CCNA 200-120
  2. Amazon book by Lazaro Diaz - The Only IP Book You Will Ever Need!

Hope you enjoy the course!

Laz ;)

The information presented sound’s great so far. The instructor sounds like he has a deep understanding of what he is talking about, but the audio quality is horrible, it sound’s scratchy and staticky.

Definitely good material. The mic used for the course though sometimes makes it hard for me to understand what the professor is saying. I am coming in to this course with little to no experience and am feeling confident with most of the things being taught.

I would like to say a very huge THANK YOU to you sir, this is a wonder in depth video for new ccna candidates like myself.......i went over the video twice and read some ccna books and did lots of hands on labs with GNS3 and PT, i would say i feel very confident now to take my exams, one thing i would like you to add is IPV6 and if u could use more GNS3/PT for your Labs (real routers/switches are wonderful but GNS3 helps to feel part of it , if you understand what i'm saying :) ) well Thanks once again sir ROSHAN.

He needs to practice tangent control and actually simplify more. While explaining subnetting he just stops before he gives the answer and presumes we actually know where he's going. He's too cavalier and cocky.

I am giving this feedback after completion of 7-8% of overall course content. I am a transition manager in networks and i bought this course to revitalize my tech. knowledge. I was very freaked out initially about finishing the course. Laz's way of teaching makes me believe that ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE & he MADE EVERYTHING LOOKS EASY since he broke the course into so granular. God bless Laz.

I got this course for my younger brother to learn but he doesn't explain enough for a entry level CCNA Course so far. The other issue is the audio and the video is terrible.

1/4 the english sub was from a different coures (something about wall-mart and Iraq war ..) and the sound was trashy as well. But yet I am at the beginning of the course and I know Laz is a great teacher so I know at the end I would rate it higher (if subs and/or sound will be fine)

Najlepszy kurs CCNA na Udemy. Każdy temat jest kompleksowo wyjaśniony. Lazar prowadzi kurs w sposób przystępny, a czasem zabawny. Widać, że ma fachową wiedzę na tematy, o których mówi. Polecam !!!

This man is more entertaining and informative, I've never felt so driven to learn more of ccna. I'll definitely pay to attend a seminar with him.

The content seems good but the audio quality could use some work. I wouldn't redo this course just yet since Cisco announced their plan to revamp the CCNA along with a few other certs but if you insist on feedback then here it is.

Laz is a great teacher. He explains the concepts in a simple fashion, good for picking up the important ideas quickly. He also gets straight into hands-on labs, which is an even better way to cement understanding if you follow along with your own packet tracer.

Love the Instructor's style of explaining the materials. He goes straight to the points and let you know what you should concentrate on for the exam.
