A lot of basic but valuable tips. Great speaker, very good delivery (which was my favorite part), he wasn't reading notes generated by chatGPT from start to finish unlike lots of courses on Udemy nowadays.

actually the length of videos are so short and that's the good point and content in the videos are easily comprehensible . overall this course is too knowledgeable.

This course is an eye opener to most of the mistake I sometimes especially using my phone in a meeting such as making it visible and incoming calls disturbing the conversation. Secondly argument on the dining table over who is to pay the bill. I'm very happy to learn the right things to do in this course so far. It was an exciting time to learn international rules of business which gives me a broader view of how to handle business matters. I will avoid saying negative things. We are all very busy but this course so far shows me that the instructor addresses all most important issues in today's world and also does it in perfect order. He helps to understand what is business etiquette - it is a way to allow people like you and allow them to spend least amount of energy trying to communicate with you when they have to , so rather they want to communicate than force themselves. It is good not just for business people but also just for everyone. In old fashioned way it is just ways of being kind.. In other words how to avoid upsetting people and making them feel good around you. In business it can mean a deal..
