I didn't feel there was much insight. The sections revolved around definition and some very high level dos and do nots. for example 'Smiling and laughing'. Smiling lets people know you are happy. Smile when you meet someone, dont smile if that person has bad news. Fairly obvious stuff.

Yes this is a good match. Most of the information is general knowledge, but I hoped it would get more informative later on, which in then did. Good basis for learning better charisma. I understand why the title of the course is Charisma, it is a good, positive thing to use in daily communication.

So far a bit repetitive. She has good topics and good points to make but keeps repeating the subject matter over and over. Also not much interest to watching it. Find myself listening and doing other things.
