In this course you will learn 3 different breathing techniques:

1. Surya Bheda Pranayama is a single nostril breathing technique, where we only breathe through our Right Nostil, activating our body's heating energy, our Pingala Nadi.

2. Chandra Bheda Pranayama is a single nostril breathing technique, where we only breathe through our Left Nostil, activating our body's cooling energy, our Ida Nadi.

3. Nadi Shodhana is a breathing technique, where we alternate between breathing through Both Nostils, trying to activate the Sushumna Nadi and to bring our whole body to balance.


This course is designed for yoga beginners, yoga practitioners and anyone else, who want to learn more about the healing effects of this 3 breathing teachniques, the theory and the correct practice.

I recommend you to do this 3 breathing techniques every day (choose only one to start and practice that one for a while before moving on the other two), to see the effects of the practice. Surya Bheda is best to practice in the morning, Chandra Bheda in the evening and Nadi Shodhana anytime of the day.

Hey Matea, I've been doing left nostril breathing technique for a week and I have to tell you I'm sleeping like a baby now! Since about a year ago I started experiencing insomnia and it got really bad, I even needed pills.. I'll keep doing this technique as it works for me and I don't need pills anymore!
