The course was good and very useful for a beginner, however on the entering and exiting section I struggled to understand and think it could’ve been explained slightly better.

I really enjoyed this. It was at the right pace and explained many things about getting started at trading including entry points and exit points. I think the discussion on TOS was very informative because there's so much on that platform.

For a short course, it definitely provides you with action items to start. I do think that courses like this should be longer and go into more detail. The last part for the thinkorswim trading platform was a bit overwhelming

Very good course! The only drawback is that some users may have other platforms (not Ameritrade). Perhaps a tutorial (or link) on other platforms would be helpful

If I had paid full price vs the flash sale price for this course, I'd be extremely upset about how thin it is. The instructor rips through topics he should be covering in more detail, especially toward the end of the course, where he seems in a rush to wrap things up.

As the name implies, this is truly a beginner's guide. Helpful if you are within your first days or first week of learning. It is a very calm and thorough start to a very overwhelming and technical interest. Travis does lead a couple examples to screen a stock which I thought was very informative and helpful.

The course is ok. I have knowledge about trading so the concepts were not new to me. The course is for beginners but I was expecting some live examples of trading not live examples of how to go to the websites to find trades. Even though the strategy described in the course seems interesting, it would have been nice to see a couple of trades. If it showed the entire process of selecting the trade and entering the position, then a couple of days/weeks later getting profits or loss it would have been way more interesting. I don't doubt the teacher skills but after finishing the course I leave feeling that it was an academic overview rather than a hands-on experience showing me how to trade part-time.

This is great if you're trying to learn the step by step basics and it has excellent resources to shorten your research phases. A really good starting place.
