This class was a challenge and a lot of work, but it was worth it. It was incredibly eye opening as well. I have been charging way below what I should have been. If you are struggling with your pricing and are starting to get discouraged, take this class! Melissa is a wonderful instructor and is very easy to learn from. She is also very responsive to questions and it is clear that she means it when she says that she is here for you and wants you to succeed. Take the class. You won't regret it. :-)

While this was overall a helpful course, especially for learning how to include depreciation and overhead in your prices, this course is not targeted for a general bakery, but more for a cake shop. Every example and worksheet is set up for cakes so if your bakery is not focused on cakes there will be a bit of finagling to the worksheets provided.
