Intro is pretty boring. I am hoping that it picks up a bit. Update: I am having a hard time following him to get a point. Seems like such a nice person but I am having a hard time understanding the point. Not super direct.

So far, it's more a commercial for the instructor and is slow to the material. Wind noise on beach was distracting.

The course was kind of vague. It didn't have as much applicable information as I expected. It also seemed to be masculine oriented.

I enjoyed this course and plan to put a lot of what I learned into daily practice. While really only a superficial introduction into the topic of authenticity, this course provides a nice prod in the direction of learning who you are and what you're about. Only negative: I could have done without the "authentic" nature sounds. Just a bit distracting...

The sound quality is poor and the speaker talks too fast. Don't know if this was a good course or not, couldn't get through it. There are a great many free courses out there, we don't have to struggle through one that doesn't have the mechanics right.

I dont know if anyone else is having this problem, but I have trouble understanding what he says...The speech is too fast and words are mumbled together at times. The volume of the speech goes up and down too so I hear parts where its clear and parts where the speech goes very low.....Im still going through the course, but so far, I think its sort of difficult to listen too for a long time. I only devote about 10 minutes or 1-2 lectures before I have to take a break....Once again its because of the speech issues I pointed out.

I realize this is a free course, but the production quality is so poor, that I'm not able to focus on the content. Because of that, I don't want to to continue it. I was so looking forward to learning from it.

This course leads us to thinking about the values we have. Then builds on how we can use them to get back to living/re-building our lives with them, whilst taking into account the environment/people around us. Some videos were a bit noisy with the wind blowing, but if you stick with it, there are some useful activities to get you thinking about what actually makes us "tick". I particularly liked the "Energy Mapping" lecture. Stuarts enthusiasm for what he is teaching definitely shines through.
