Overall very good, lots of useful strategies and takeaways. The first 3 sections involve a lot of talking but from section 4 on, the course is quite balanced.

Teagan is a gifted teacher who has a special ability to get complex concepts across in an easy to understand way. She is able to bridge science and psychology with yoga and mindfulness in an engaging, articulate & professional manner. The practices are beautiful and I leave each session feeling connected and uplifted, positive and inspired. It all makes sense!

Your yoga practice is working well, with one week practice on daily bases i feel the difference, i sleep better and don't wake up many times through my sleep and i wake up with energy, on the other hand i feel new feeling i never feel before, my mind become more relaxed and i can see now. I have had a bad sleeping habit of waking up after each sleep cycle, this course eased the tension in my brain / mind and help me to sleep soundly through the night. The meditation is based on the philosophy of yoga on how we can train and change our brain / mind towards suffer-less living. Highly recommended !!

This course by Teagan Fea is outstanding in so many ways. She is concise and freely shares her wisdom and some of her personal story. The production quality of the videos is beautiful and the entire course is obviously well thought out. The meditation practices are extremely calming and the yoga practices are physically easy but very effective. I am 58 years old and have suffered from anxiety and depression all of my life. This course is teaching me about quieting the mind and relaxing the body. I truly did not realize how noisy my mind was (not in a good way) and how that constant negative chatter was affecting me physically. I've already had some pleasant changes happen and I'm only just starting the learning process. I wish that all schools, elementary through college, offered these teachings because I believe that so much inner turmoil would be reduced or eliminated for many people. I highly recommend this course for everyone!

As a therapist for twenty years, I have reviewed many publications, classes, books etc. to help clients. This class is the most thorough combination of helpful strategies I have ever seen! Absolutely wonderful and a very positive way to help with emotional issues as well as depression. Don't let the yoga aspect keep you from taking this class. I haven't completed the course yet but I'm looking forward to it! From a thorough browse Teagan's teaching is very professional, informative and powerful. She's articulate and well versed in both eastern and western psychology. The videos and sound recordings are of a very high quality and easy to follow. Looking forward to my new yoga sessions and to taming this monkey mind!
