I like the tips given regarding speaker phones vs actually talking to receiver because I do that alot and I usually always find myself repeating alot of the words due to the words sounding the same or S sounding like F and D sounding like E,B, or P.

Hi TJ....I spend 39 hours of 40 hrs a week on the phone, so when I found this course titled specifically dealing with telephone, I thought #4 of your (very long) courses that Ive watched, would have items specific to phones. Very very little of this 40-50 hour course had anything to do with phones. Do love the gun story, was it Alex Jo...nvm....You may want to make sure the title actually relates to the course. Thx again, great courses.

Hello, TJ Walker you are amazing! When I was listening to your presentation, everything seemed so logical and so obvious, seemingly simple to do. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for such a complex presentation. I will try to apply in my work and in my family as much of the advice received as possible. Thank you, Alice-Raluca Petrescu

Informative and enjoyable to listen to. I put to good use TJ's tip encouraging us to speak up at meetings if we actually have something to say. Mine was a "drop the mic" moment, followed by further discussion about possible expansion of job duties (i.e., promotion). Thank you, TJ!!!

It a good and has quite an amount of material, however, the same topics are discussed over and over in several different videos, making it quite repetitive, also some topics are outdated

It was a complete and very organize training, with a lot of information. Thanks Mr. Walker for sharing your knowledge. Jorge.

October 31, 2021
This course is far too broad and its sections far too short to be effective. I'm constantly loading next videos because each section is only a minute long. If these topics were consolidated into fewer, but longer sections, it would make comprehension and attention much easier.
