Poorly described definitions. Half of the slides are in Spanish. Very difficult to follow the concepts. Feels like it is only halfway done by someone that doesn't fully understand the concepts themselves.

This class advertises itself as a class to learn the fundamentals of telecom for contact center telecom professionals and those aspiring for that profession. But it is actually more like a pitch for Avaya products. There is some basic IT concepts mixed in but it's lots of talk about how great Avaya is. Waste of time and money.

This course only provides high-level overview of UC, Call Center, and AI in the world of Telecom but the technical details are very scarce. Also, there is a lot of history lessons that are not very useful. It has good knowledge but nothing great.

4 chapters about AT&T history from the 19th century, and more than half of the slides are in spanish. This is more like a really bad 1-star sales pitch

It was a bit slow until Cabling. I was thinking there would be more about the hardware associated with the Avaya platform.

Spending too much time on the history of AT&T and Avaya. This should be called a History lesson of AT&T and telecommunications. I'm eager to get into the nuts and bolts of "telecom".

Informative, but had to speed up voice to 1.75 to 2x. Kind of slow speech with 1x. Covers mostly about newer tech (AI/Internet baseed). Would like more info on old tech.

I understood how much advancement in technology Avaya has gotten since my early days handling VoIP hardware in the call centers; hopefully this could help me make informed decisions for my organization
