This course provides an example of a "simple" Symfony 6 project using Tailwind CSS. It does not talk about Symfony advanced features such as message queues, events, caching, translation, administration backend, ... All of Symfony advanced functionnalities are missing. It's more an introduction to Symfony than a full course.

It is a good intro into Symfony. It would be nice to have some more info about the front-end eg how to include js files but it is easy to google it. In general I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to start their adventure with Symfony. Thanks for the course.

I would not recommend taking this course if you have only basic PHP knowledge. It's very confusing in some parts, speaking of instructor showing everyhing way too fast, scrolling, changing files(tabs), only setting a playback rate on low can help out, otherwise I have to roll back the video 100 times. + too much zoomed in, font so big that I get lost very often. A lot of effort was put in this course, thanks for that, but unfortunately not very well made.

Good course. I am a junior-mid level dev, so i have a bit of experience as a developer and find this easy to follow along to. However, i see that if you're an absolute beginner this might be tricky to follow in certain parts. As others have mentioned, the app could use some frontend tooling (Webpack), as this seems to be the current industry standard. I don't like the way in which the material is delivered - there doesn't feel like much structure to the course, one minute we're playing around with symfony the next we're building a full stack application. Whereas with other courses the instructors tell you how to go about building such an app from scratch with a clean project - i feel this would be less confusing. Also i feel that certain parts (twig embed) could be explained better.

The source code font is set too large, so that sometimes the context is missing or the presenter needs to scroll often, which is confusing. Also the GitHub links to the code changes of one lecture are missing since section 3.
