Dr Fleur was so informative throughout the course which really helped to motivate you. She’s very positive and if I ever had any questions they were responded to promptly in a supportive manner. Highly recommend this course to anyone, especially if you are struggling to find the time or motivation to get yourself to a gym. Or would just like the guidance and safety of a personal instructor in your own home. And so cheap as well!! Imagine how much more I’d have to pay for a month of exercise at the gym!!
