The content is very generic, there could be case studies and more examples for every chapter so we are able to remember the concepts.

I had a difficult time understanding the speaker with his accent. I am glad that you have the transcript option available, which made it easier to understand his words and speech... My difficulty was in the five Rates (actually was Rights) of the transaction.

The content is great, broken down in a very simplistic manner; and for a first time leaner it is easy to understand the end to end fundamentals of supply chain management.

Background music is very distracting. At times, the presenter loses track of words and takes too much time to recall the next word.
