Everything is clear and easy to understand but there's a missing video "Evaluate Your Team: Empower and Develop Your Employees (9:04mins)", it's the same exact video as "The Most Underutilized Document: The Employee Handbook (9:04mins)". That's why I'm giving it an average score. Hope you fist this issue. Having said that it's a good training experience. Thanks!

This is a great tool for everyone to use. Not only new supervisors or managers. I recommend it to the existing ones also. This was more than what I was expecting. This is a good course to give you info on how to prepare and or direct your self to become a good supervisor and coming from a regular employee position and seeing all the things I like in a supervisor being put into to words so that you could learn, make me feel this course is spot on with its information.

Pretty good course. This course gave me a clear insight into past employers perspective, and how I might do things different as employee and later as I move forward into a supervisory position. The bonus was to realize wow, I've been a supervisor of sorts; for thirteen years. I'm a parent so, I practice many of these skill on my two kids. They are nineteen months apart. Ha, Ha.
