I am very happy that I have come across this course. The explanations are very detailed and understandable.

Love the design but the instructor doesn't teach you anything and the english is quite poor. He doesn't walk you through what he's doing and even takes things out of Zbrush and models there without showing you, I don't feel like this course was worth the second try after getting a refund. Waste of money and there's a lot of parts of this cousre that's not even necessary to be in there. Whole portion on anatomy when they used a premade mesh etc. Shouldn't be called a tutorial I mean it might as well be a timelapse with words inbetween because that's the level of actual instruction. Basically scrounge around and try to understand what he's doing

The amount of information and overall rythm is perfect for who's just starting to learn the process, beware that there is not much about Zbrush's tools, but the process Just need to point that the english is kind of poor here, often pronouncing worlds very oddly, but besides that, it is excelent to learn

it was a good lesson but for some reason the audio was only coming out of one ear. it was kind of disorienting but I fixed the problem I had to change my computer audio settings to combine the audio channels.

I'm in the armor making phase. The tutor just said "this is obviously not a corect workflow, but it's not important". This is important... I came here, among others to see the correct workflow. It's not 100% a learning tutorial, it's a step-by-step video of how the after-hours host created his character. For a very beginner, it can be interesting, but there are many elements where the teacher cannot decide how it should look like or does "the wrong workflow". When creating the base mesh, after changing his mind for the second time (I understand, the creative process, but it was supposed to be a tutorial, not a variation on the theme) the next video is the moderator scrolling the timeline and comments where he made changes. I like the final quality of the characters so I'll go through the tutorial to the end, but if you're more advanced than the basics and have done a character before in zbrush, this isn't the tutorial for you. On the other hand, the tutor "reads" the details of the concept aloud. This is valuable if you want to work with such concepts in the future.

This course has some good content. I just didn't like the fact that the instructor spent so long on the anatomy (which isn't really needed on this model), and only gave a 15min segment to creating a pretty complicated weapon which is pretty important to this concept. There were also quite a few times where the instructor had made components off camera and then gave a very quick show and tell (the sword being on of those components). Another example is with the scroll, they take you through how to make it, but then in the next video say they didn't like it, made a new one off camera, and now you should do the same. Seems like that could have been refined/edited out? Another issue I had is that the thumbnail shows a posed character, but there is no segment which goes over how to pose. I feel like there was a lot of wasted time on this course and think with some editing/refinement that could be rectified pretty quickly.

the course is good, focused on both stylized anatomy and what i needed most is constructing clothes and all. Idk why other people reviewed low for saying it doesn't focus on character, it has 8hrs segment just for anatomy idk.

Per adesso non sono del tutto convinto, non molto dettagliato nel commento e sembra che si concentri più sull' outfit del personaggio che sulla forma fisica.
