This class is presented as a class for more older, out of shape people but I am younger and in shape and still found great benefit from this class for prevention. This class provides a simple system for using Chinese Medicine (TCM), acupressure, and strengthening exercises to improve your knees, joints and all over health. The content presented in a week by week format and nicely organized. The exercise videos are pleasant to follow and are even challenging on the advanced ones. I am not at all overweight but I have noticed that I've become slimmer even after doing this program for a short time. My one critique is that the closed captioning is terrible and needs editing which would help because some may find the instructor a little hard to understand.

This is a comprehensive course that truly delivers! I definitely feel that this course has given me a great foundation to start taking better care of my own knees and joints from now on. I learnt so much about natural therapy and I love how this course focuses on self care techniques that I can apply easily by myself. Peng Tatt is a very knowledgeable and likeable teacher and I particularly like the Meridian exercises that he teaches because they are really simple to follow and do. I have already started doing the Week 1 exercises and surprisingly, I'm seeing more benefits that I expected.. my waist and thigh seems more trimmed now and I am feeling more energetic too! The Meridian Qi Flexercise is not strenuous yet it is effective. I started to feel my legs and knees are stronger after practicing it slightly more than a week! Lesser pain when climbing stairs! The information on daily food for bone and joint health is also very useful. I realized what I have been missing for so many years! Should have learnt this earlier.
