I liked the stretches, but wish they were done in real time. By that, I mean if the instructor says to do 10 seconds or 30 seconds on a stretch, she spend that time doing the stretch with the student instead of going on to the next stretch. I don't want to have to get up and pause the lesson to finish the recommended seconds for each stretch, nor do I want to just write the stretches down and do the proper amount of seconds later. I don't know why more instructors take this into consideration. The instructor was calm, easy to understand, and very pretty and professional.

57 year old woman who used to be active and then turned into a couch potato for the last 13 years. Right now, this is very difficult for me and I know if I continue to practice this will become easy. This is a very basic routine and I feel this is good for my level at this time.

The setting, information and stretches are great. I wish that there was a complete routine at the end that would guide you through a full session. So I could watch the whole routine each time I stretch. As she goes through the training, she says to hold for 30 sec or do 3 sets but doesn't take the time to do it. I have to pause the video and take the time and restart.

A solid set of warm ups and stretches, taking into account differences in abilities and levels when starting the course. I will continue using this to gain flexibility. Updated After 3 Days of Doing the Training: The first two days, I had to use a towel to stretch to my feet for some of the exercises. Today, I was able to reach my feet on my own - and then some! My flexibility has already improved a lot! Looking forward to Doing this course daily to combat the tension of sitting at a desk all day.

Fantastic course and excellent delivery. The instructor thoroughly structures information and gets very detailed with every exercise. I highly recommend this course to everyone who want to improve the quality of their life. The exercises are presented in a visually appealing way and are easy to perform, only some of them being challenging due to my zero level of experience. The course and the instructor made me really change my perspective on stretching, and on why it is essential for me (and I bet for many people as well) and that it can be dramatically beneficial for your body and mind.
